Next Nonprofit Executive RoundTable Starts in March

Are you a nonprofit ED or CEO looking to learn from other leaders in the field? ESC is offering a Nonprofit Executive RoundTable (NET). NET provides a confidential forum for nonprofit executives to share challenges and get constructive feedback from smart, connected leaders who understand the unique challenges of the job.

Meeting once a month for nine months, the facilitated roundtable creates a consistent community of peers where nonprofit leaders have the freedom to openly present issues of concern and get support from peers. Topics are chosen ahead based on the interests of the group members and occasional guest speakers present on topics like risk management and Massachusetts employment laws.

The next cohort, beginning in March of 2018, will be facilitated by Sue Heilman. Ms. Heilman is an experienced nonprofit leader having spent over 25 years growing and leading mission-based organizations including Horizons for Homeless Children; The Family Center; and The National Center on Parent, Family, and Community Engagement.

The cost for NET is $875 per participant and scholarships are available. The group is limited to ten participants so interested applicants should reserve their places now. For more information please watch the video highlighting the NET program. To sign up for the session beginning in March, visit the ESC website or contact Julie Crockford, ESC’s Executive Director, with questions.
