Joel Adler
Joel Adler is a hands-on manager known for his leadership by example style. He is a “big picture” thinker and implementer who is consistently able to turn financial information into useful management tools. In the corporate, for-profit sector, Joel was a senior manager with broad-based experience in manufacturing, technology and financial services including international operations. His background includes tactical and strategy-setting roles in finance, accounting, sales, planning, acquisitions and divestitures.
Non-profits provide vital services to the community. Working with the dedicated people in these organizations to develop strategic plans helps them achieve their mission and ensure their sustainability.
Producing the Strategic Plan at the end of each project that the client has both been involved with creating and begins to implement immediately is especially rewarding.
