After spending over 30 years in finance, planning, and operations in senior management roles, Will Hughsted brings his strong background in analysis, forecasting, risk assessment, and prioritization of needs to the ESC team.
Will is skilled at assessing operational conditions and developing practical solutions. Utilizing a business partner approach, he has worked closely with operational and cross-functional teams to drive sustainable organizational improvement. He held both operational and financial leadership responsibility for the turnaround of a manufacturing business line. Will was also a member of the leadership team that drove the strategic planning and culture integration for a successful merger. Throughout his career, he has mentored many individuals and helped prepare them for future roles with greater responsibilities.
Since joining ESC in 2016, Will has thoughtfully led merger, strategic and business planning projects. He has provided consulting services to nonprofit organizations including Rebuilding Together Boston, Zoo New England, and Campus Compact.
Prior to joining our consulting team, Will was the Divisional Vice-President of Finance for the global company Sodexo in their Hospital and Senior Living markets. Through his leadership, he helped expand the operating results and growth of the division. He obtained an MBA in Finance from Boston University School of Management, and a BA in Economics from Lafayette College.
