Paul is an entrepreneurial executive with experience in growing and acquiring companies. His management skills include refinancing, state of the art marketing, IT conversions, strategic and business planning as well as acquisitions and managing banking relations.
Paul’s background as an investor and entrepreneur includes 30 years as CEO and President in midsize and large businesses, where he provided direction and leadership, resulting in aggressive growth. In these roles, he helped build value for distribution businesses that included printing, computer products, supplies and office products as well provided lowered procurement cost and staffing expense for his customers.
At ESC, Paul has help clients with governance and strategic planning initiatives. Recent governance projects include: 1) helping NHICC’s Destination Imagination transition from a founder’s board to a governing board, 2) working with Seacoast Science Center to better define board roles and expectations, supported by a board manual, and 3) improving Liberty House’s board structure, also including developing a board manual.
He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Boston College and has participated in several senior management programs and industry forums.
