Paul is an entrepreneurial executive with experience in growing and acquiring companies. His management skills include refinancing, state of the art marketing, IT conversions, strategic and business planning as well as acquisitions and managing banking relations.

Paul’s background as an investor and entrepreneur includes 30 years as CEO and President in midsize and large businesses, where he provided direction and leadership, resulting in aggressive growth. In these roles, he helped build value for distribution businesses that included printing, computer products, supplies and office products as well provided lowered procurement cost and staffing expense for his customers.

At ESC, his clients have included NHICC’s Destination Imagination, New Hampshire Alcohol & Drug Abuse Counselors Association, Seacoast Science Center, Lake Sunapee Protective Organization retreat, Appalachian Mountain Teen Project and Kingswood Youth Center, Liberty House, Parent Information Center of NH, Manchester Young Professionals Network, among others.

He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Boston College and has participated in several senior management programs and industry forums.
