MEET THE ESC CONSULTANTS

Jennifer Goudreau, a multi-faceted facilitator, coach, and educator, brings over 25 years of leadership experience, as well as persistence and positivity, to the design and delivery of employee and organizational development initiatives.
Jennifer has developed and delivered programs and initiatives in the fields of strategic planning, employee development, organizational culture, performance measurement, and goal setting. Additionally, she has facilitated postsecondary courses focused on the areas of group dynamics and intercultural communication. Jennifer’s leadership and management experiences within mission-driven organizations, combined with her passion for helping both individuals and teams develop and succeed, make her uniquely qualified to help firms attain their operational goals.
