Irving Burday

Irving Burday is an accomplished information technology leader with over 25 years of experience leading technology and program management operations within in emerging and mid-sized organizations. He has held several leadership roles during his career including Chief Information Officer, VP of Corporate Planning, and Director of Program Management. Irving is also a trained executive coach who received his training from CTI and works with senior technology and operations leaders on career development, building executive presence, managing conflict, and improving leadership capabilities.

At ESC, Irving has conducted IT Assessment and Strategy Planning engagements at Father Bill’s and MainSpring, at nonprofit organization that serves the homeless on the South Shore of Boston.

Prior to joining ESC, Irving’s was the Vice President of Corporate Planning at Best Doctors, Chief Information Officer at Direct Capital, SVP & Chief Information Officer at Savings Bank Life Insurance, and Chief Information Officer Fidelity & Guaranty Life. He also served as an interim technology leader at several start-up and emerging companies.

He has an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a BS in Finance from Northeastern University. Irving is an adjunct professor at Southern New Hampshire University.
