Gregory Betley

Business Analyst/Project Manager

Gregory Betley is a highly skilled product manager with a record of developing, delivering and supporting successful enterprise software solutions, spanning from data center management to group collaboration tools. Since December 2016, Greg has been in an ESC Fellowship at Community Action Inc. (CAI) in Haverhill, MA as a Project Manager. In this role, Greg’s focus is to support CAI’s strategy to improve their client experience and access to programs by implementing enhanced case management tools and practices.

Greg’s says his goals are two-fold at this stage in his life: “to keep sharp by leveraging my technology skills in new application areas and to learn how to improve the efficacy of service deliverables for mission-based organizations.”  He is very keen on helping non-profits bridge the gaps between the people, the processes and the technology that support their missions.

Greg most recently consulted at St. Mary’s Center for Women and Children in Dorchester, MA as Chief Information Officer. His career includes product management and technical marketing roles at major technology firms throughout the Greater Boston area.
