Christine has more than thirty years of experience in strategic business planning, competitive market analysis, training and process optimization.  Christine’s success in leading organizational change begins by first understanding the customers and organization needs, then collaborating to develop solutions that will achieve the desired result. Her exceptional analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills provide practical solutions to the challenges nonprofits face.

Christine most recently served as the Senior Director of Sales National Accounts, Americas and Australia for Instant Ticketing at IGT.  In this role, she helped build key partnerships and worked collaboratively with manufacturing, operations, R&D, finance and IGT corporate to achieve profit and market share goals. Prior to that, Christine served as the SVP of Sales and Management at a startup, Signature Bread and as Director of Sales at General Mills Inc.  Christine was elected by her peers as the Chair of the Northeast Network of Executive Women. She served on the board for the Garden of Peace and was recently elected to the Garden’s Advisory Committee.  Christine also serves as Vice President of DOVE’s Board of Directors.

Christine has been an ESC Consultant since early 2018 and her ESC clients include The Grimes King Foundation, Open Table and the Family Nurturing Center.  Open Table, a volunteer-based food pantry, experienced tremendous growth over the years, but needed to rework its operations to keep up with the growth. Christine utilized her experience in food services to do a comprehensive market study.  This market study served as the basis for the organizations three year strategic plan.

Christine holds a BS degree in Marketing from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management.

Christine says, “I was fortunate enough to work for some great companies, with great training, challenging experiences and phenomenal mentors that helped shape and support my career.  I have seen firsthand that the knowledge and experience I’ve gained along the way can be of great value to the nonprofits I have served, helping them to achieve even greater success.”
