Are you a nonprofit Executive Director or CEO looking to exchange learnings from other leaders in the field? ESC’s Nonprofit Executive RoundTable (NET) is currently registering new participants. NET provides a confidential forum for nonprofit executives to share challenges and get constructive feedback from smart, connected leaders who understand the unique challenges of the job.
Meeting once a month for nine months, the facilitated roundtable creates a consistent community of peers where nonprofit leaders have the freedom to openly present issues of concern and get support from peers who have walked in your shoes. Topics are chosen based on the interests of the group members and occasional guest speakers present on topics like risk management and Massachusetts employment laws.
The next cohort, beginning in September/October of 2018, will be facilitated by Sue Heilman. Ms. Heilman is an experienced nonprofit leader having spent over 25 years leading mission-based organizations, including Horizons for Homeless Children and Thompson Island Outward Bound, among several others. She is currently an ESC consultant and has facilitated two other NET groups.
The cost for the program is $875 per participant and partial scholarships are available on a first come first serve basis. The group is limited to ten participants so interested applicants should reserve their spots now. For more information or to sign up for the session beginning this fall, visit our website or contact Julie Crockford, ESC’s Executive Director, with questions.
